If you wish to keep your current number you will need to fill out our Local Number Portability form (PDF) and fax it back to us. We can then begin the process of porting your number over to Uniserve's Digital Phone service. * You can tell you are
local to an area if you can make a local call to that area. If you
must dial 1+ area code + number to reach a person or business in that
area, you would not be local to that area.
