Your Anti-Spam Tool
To adjust your new anti-spam tool follow these simple instructions:

screen1 Login to the Account Management Interface.
Click here to login to the Account Management Interface. Once inside your account, select Spam Preferences from the top left menu.

Review Your Changes
Once you have set your SPAM preferences, we recommend checking your email to make sure that no valid email was caught in your SPAM filter by mistake.

Your Spambox is located in your webmail and may have already caught SPAM, to check your spambox you will need to log-in to webmail.




Spam Marking
SPAM marking allows you to manage SPAM using the filtering options built into your preferred email program.

screen2 Activating Spam Marking
This will mark any message determined to be SPAM by adding *****Spam?***** to the subject line. To activate, check the “Activate SPAM marking” and click “Save / Enable Settings”.

screen3 Marking Level
Next, select the SPAM marking level, which is the sensitivity of your anti-spam tool, according to your own preferences. It is best to start with the default value and adjust the level based on SPAM that is still unmarked.


save Save Your Settings
Click “Save/Enable Settings” and your SPAM marking settings will be saved.



The Spam Box
When activated any email determined to be SPAM is automatically moved to the "spam" folder in your new webmail. SPAM in your spam folder will be deleted after a chosen period of time.

First, check the “Activate Spambox” and click “Save / Enable Settings” to activate it. Once activated emails determined
to be spam to be moved to the spam folder and deleted after a period of time.

screen5 Filtering Level
Next, select the Spambox filtering level, which is the sensitivity of your Spambox filter, according to your preferences.

screen6 Spambox Storage Time
Select the Spambox storage time. Emails in your Spambox will be deleted when they are older than the time specified.

save Save Your Settings
Click “Save/Enable Settings” and your Spambox settings will be saved.



The Allow / Block List
You can enter email addresses and whole domains in the Allow/Block list if you want certain senders to be automatically allowed or blocked regardless of your spam preferences.
