Starting in June 17th, 2006, 10-digit local dialing will be standard practice across most of Ontario and Quebec.

Please make sure that your dialup connection settings include the area code before June 17, 2006

519 South-Western Ontario
613 Eastern Ontario
705 North-Eastern Ontario
819 Northern, Central and Western Quebec

Option 2: MANUALLY CHANGE YOUR DIALUP NUMBER

Change your dialup settings by following the step-by-step instructions here for your computer's operating system.


We are proceeding with changes on our network. Please make sure you always connect to the proper access number depending on your area.

If you are a Dialer user, you don't need to change anything. The Dialer updates automatically the access numbers in your "phone book" for you.

To know your access number, please select your province from the map.

Haven't installed the Dialer yet, but need to find the best number to connect to? Complete the roaming identifier and we will let you know if we provide local access from your calling area.
