  • Easier, faster access to our 1,400 points of presence (POPs) in North America

*Important: When you press on the "Download the DialCenter" button, one of these two windows should open. Make sure to select the first option: "Run this program from its current location" and then click "OK" or simply "Open".



Operating Systems:
The DialCenter runs on Windows 95/98/ME, Windows 2000 ,Windows NT and Windows XP.

NOTE :

Windows 95 users

    When you install the DialCenter, the installer determines whether your computer has the required programs to allow it to operate:

    • Internet Explorer 4.01 or above
    • Microsoft Dial-up Networking version 1.3

    You do not need to search for files on your own: the installer program takes care of everything for you. However, if Microsoft Dial-up Networking version 1.3 cannot be found on your system, you will need to download it. Click here to download this program from the Microsoft web site.

Mac OS and Linux

    The DialCenter is not available for Mac OS and Linux operating systems.
