Montreal, January 18, 2005 – Inter.net Canada Ltd., the crossroads of Internet solutions, announces the launch of its Voice over IP service in Edmonton and Calgary. From now on, VoIP subscribers can choose an Albertan area code and the cities of Edmonton and Calgary have been added to the Canadian Village, a vast zone in which all long distance charges are eliminated with most plans. “You don’t even have to be physically in the Canadian Village to get unlimited calls”, explains Sophie Léger, Inter.net’s president. “Whether you are in Paris, Whistler, or Granby, your phone number travels with you”, Ms. Léger continues.
