Job Description:
Join a young and dynamic team whose core mandate is to ensure customers’
satisfaction by offering a personalized service and high quality technical
support, by phone or email. Our call center is open 24 hours a day, and
the candidates must be available during the day, evening and on the weekend.
We guarantee a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the clients’ needs and bring solutions
- Provide the highest quality customer service
- Guide customers through the configuration of their system for the various
services offered (Internet Access, Internet Phone service (VoIP), web hosting)
- Other responsibilities assigned by the director

Experience required:
- Minimum 6 months in technical support
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
Knowledge required:
- Knowledge of the Internet, emails, and computers
- Ability to use web browsers, search engines, and email tools
- Sufficient knowledge of Windows 95, 98, ME, XP and 2000 to execute the
following:
- Install, delete and configure the Internet connections
- Install, delete and configure the modems/gateways
Additional requirements:
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to use the right terminology
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work individually in a team environment
- Knowledge of Mac OS
General criteria – Bilingualism French/English
