Reporting to the call center directors, the agent must demonstrate excellent
communications skills in both English and French.
Job requirements include a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer
service and sales, strong customer and people focus, and good teamwork.
Tasks include providing a high quality service with a focus on sales and
customer support, as well as active support of the marketing team’s
acquisition efforts.
This is an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented team player, possessing
strong sales skills and with a passion for people.
Schedule may vary from week to week.

Job Description
Position: Sales agent, Customer service, Call Center
Main responsibilities
As a customer service agent, you will have to answer a variety of questions
related to sales, billing, and complaints of all sorts. Your main responsibility
will be to answer in an efficient, quick, and professional manner.

- To sell Inter.net Canada’s products and services
- Related responsibilities:
- To help customers open an account
- To help customers configure their system in order to be able to
connect to the Internet
- To call back customers who requested assistance
- To answer general questions regarding our products and services
- To encourage clients to obtain answers to their questions directly
from our website
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the directors
- Occasionally:
- Upon request and depending on the agent’s writing abilities,
to assist the Mail Team in case of high demand
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
- High school diploma or a combination of studies and equivalent working
experience
Required Knowledge
- General knowledge of the Internet
- Bilingualism – English and French
Ability to use the appropriate terminology
- Ability to learn new ways of working and to adapt to changes
- General knowledge of Windows 95,98, ME, 2000 and XP
- Strong ability to analyse and resolve problems
- Above average ability to communicate verbally
- Demonstrate an unbreakable team spirit
