Q: Why are you changing your name?
We have now successfully completed the unification of our operations with Uniserve.
Now that our operations have been integrated, you will now see both Uniserve and Inter.net as a national entity represented by one brand: Uniserve. Unifying our name and brand will allow us to fully realize the synergies of our combined companies and allow us to focus on providing the most personalized service available in the market today from coast to coast. We look forward to standing behind our brand and welcome any comments that will help us to improve our services.
Q: How come some of your website and communications still say Inter.net?
We are currently still in the transition period between Uniserve and Inter.net. Over the next few months, all of our communications and customer tools will be updated to reflect our new name and brand. The full transition will be completed by November 1st, 2006.

Q: Will my email address change?
The products, services and email addresses we support will not change as a result of this transition.
Q: Will you still offer the same products?
Yes. Not only will we continue to offer the same products and services, but we will also gradually expand our offer by adding to and enhancing existing products and services.
Q: Will your prices change?
In many cases customers will experience savings from the synergies and efficiencies we develop through the unification process. It is not anticipated that there will be any increases in rate plans related to the integration. Should this position change in any way due to external market factors we would contact the impacted accounts and provide the relevant information so that our customers could make informed decisions of their service packages and product requirements.
Q: Is it Uniserve or Uniserve Communications Corporation?
The official name is Uniserve Communications Corporation. We will often shorten that to Uniserve or Uniserve Communications. We are a publicly traded company listed on the Canadian TSX.V exchange under the trading symbol 'USS'.
