This past spring, we wrote to you announcing the exciting opportunities that would be developing with our new partner, Uniserve Communications Corporation – “Uniserve”. At this time, we are pleased to announce the completion of several notable service upgrades and our formal adoption of the Uniserve brand.

Improvements to Your Service

We have now successfully completed the unification of our operations with Uniserve. This unification involved a nation-wide upgrade to enable improved financial systems and a state-of-the-art network platform. We are pleased to announce that your service is now supported by a robust new platform featuring the latest IBM® BladeCenter™ technology. In this successful network migration we did experience several challenges and are happy to report that all such issues are resolved. With this new network in place and continuous network improvements, we can fulfill our promise to provide you, our valued customer with the most stable and trustworthy service available in the market today.

Some of the many benefits resulting from the upgrade include a new full-featured Webmail program and a customizable anti-spam tool. These two enhancements allow us to offer the best solutions available for reducing spam and providing a feature rich package for remote webmail access. Shortly, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to master these tools, which are already included with your current account at no additional cost. We are also pleased to announce a speed increase taking place from now to November 2006 for High Speed DSL Internet residential subscribers from 3Mbps to 5Mbps! This upgrade will happen automatically and will not result in any price increase to current 3Mbps plans. High speed subscribers – stay tuned for more details over the next few weeks.

Our New Name

Now that our operations have been integrated, you will now see both Uniserve and Inter.net as a national entity represented by one brand: Uniserve. Unifying our name and brand will allow us to fully realize the synergies of our combined companies and allow us to focus on providing the most personalized service available in the market today from coast to coast. We look forward to standing behind our brand and welcome any comments that will help us to improve our services.

As we proceed with this transition, we want you to know how much we value and appreciate you as a customer. While our name is changing, our priority is as it has always been – serving your needs.

We are excited and enthusiastic about our future. Over the next few weeks you will begin to notice our new name and logo on all correspondence including your invoices and various support tools. The products, services and email addresses we support will not change as a result of this transition, nor will our phone numbers or contact information.
